im not misinfored at all, i know exactly what im talking about.
like i said, most likely the kid doesnt know what he's doing with the ip address so he doesnt have to worry about anything, i know about botnets, dynamic, and static ips all that ****. trust me i know plenty about internet connections/ computers in gerneral i took 4 years of cisco and im certified i KNOW what im talking about. yea most ips are dynamic but regardless of that with most service providers like verizon roadrunner comcast and all them you keep the same ip address for like a month, even if you turn your router on and off you still have that same ip address for like a while,
