with all these stars dying of prescription drugs, (the ones who have been confirmed) because they are stars with money to pay for what they want and of course, the doctors are complying because of the money and status. Should doctors be responsible for their actions and face consequences or not?

doctors, going into pharmacy school i have to sign a bunch of waivers take classes on the ethics and legal conflicts and basically sign away my life if i ever screw up. prescription drugs are no joking matter and health care professionals are entrusted to make sure they are used safely, not just bought and sold at will.

It ain't just stars, I've personally known a couple of people to die from prescription drugs and I know MANYYY people who are addicted to them. What people need to realize is, just because you're a doctor, doesn't mean you do whats best. Many many many doctors are as corrupt as any drug dealer you'll ever meet.

I knew a doctors who's specialty was Oxycontin and pain meds. All you had to do was make up a BS excuse, pay the $150 visit fee, and you were given 60 pills of 80mg oxycontin and 120 of Vicadin A MONTH! He got busted eventually, but you better believe that, if someone wants it, there's someone willing to sell it to them. And the more money you have, the easier it'll be to get it.

yeah there are kids at my school who are into the big 3 vicadin, oxycotin, adderal and **** at my school some kids sell it, i was watching a show on MTV yesterday that has kids who are addicted to them smoking them and **** its like wow its huge now. also yeah there are alot of people who sell it on the streets not just getting it from doctors.

Doctors are not the ones to blame. Some doctors may be careless giving out prescriptions like it's candy but it doesn't matter. If someone wants a prescription drug there gonna get it, whether the doctor prescribes it to them or not. The government started the war on drugs. They blame it on the thugs slanging drugs in the ghetto and all this bull**** but the government is the supplier, the dealers are the sellers, and the victims are the buyers.

The government is on the top of the food chain. They started the war and they can end it. But they don't give a good god damn about people dying. How come you only see commercials for Marijuana? Because the Government doesn't make any money off it, they actually lose hundreds of millions of dollars because of it. Society is ****ing brainwashed by the government. There filling everyone's minds with bull****, putting all the blame on Marijuana to cover up there little ****in scam. Are you in pain, take this. Are you depressed, take this. Are you suffering from anxiety, take this. Here....take this addictive pill that will ruin your life and make you even more depressed so you continue to take it and we make more money. Totally disregard Marijuana which cures more symptoms than 20 different pills together and is not lethal nor highly addictive. Everyone is brainwashed and noone ****in realizes it. And thats the ****in truth.

The majority of prescription medication are geared towards symptoms such as depression, sleeping, pain etc. All of these medications are responsible for thousands, possibly millions of deaths while Marijuana which can treat these symptoms is less addictive and has no record of deaths. Lets go through the prescribed medications that are abused causing these deaths that Marijuana can treat as well.

So why is it they have all these prescription drugs that only treat 1-2 problems when Marijuana can treat them all? Not to mention 70% of the time these prescription drugs only worsen that problem. I'm not trying to turn this into a Pro-Marijuana thread. Hell, I haven't smoked in over 6 months. All I am trying to say is the Government is full of **** and has brainwashed society into thinking these pills are the answer for everything. IMO, the majority of these prescription drugs are whats causing depression, insomnia, stress, anxiety, etc. They are not beneficial in any way. They have these Anti-Marijuana ads playing 24/7 and once every month I'll maybe see an ad about hiding your prescriptions from your children and that is it. They are trying to turn everyone away from Marijuana because they want everyone to use their drugs because they do not benefit from Marijuana. The government only cares about money, they don't give a **** about the millions they have killed by their greed.
