His album is done lol, he has turned it in already. But now he is working on a mixtape since the whole album thing is stagnant as of now. Wonder what the hold up is.

I'm Beamin' didn't even more enough to the point where folks were clamoring for it tough. He's struck the "must listen" totem pole maybe two times in his career, the build up to F&L & the build up to The Cool. By the time he dropped Enemy of the State, we were like - wait, Lupe Fiasco still raps?

He's pushed himself attitude wise to the point where he'll be irreverent in a few years. The only thing keeping him a commodity in rap these days would be his cultish fan base (who probably bootleged his first two albums claiming blind support).
