Re: TGL Online Association
I'm interested but there was so much fucked up shit with this when the game came out I'd want to know if they fixed it.
Trading was flat out impossible And the advancing was absolutely fucking retarded, like every 4 hours it advanced a day, it was so fucking dumb

Re: TGL Online Association
There are 3 paces that can be chosen, I don't know the difference between the 3. Trading is flat out impossible offline so I assume it would be the same online. Trying to get any good player from a cpu team simply wont happen without giving up 3 starters, its fucking stupid.

Re: TGL Online Association
no trading offline is easy
if you need help with that then hmu im can give you some pointers but for online association it just didnt let trades go through, it was dumb. and the advancement periods were broken, you could choose one setting, but then it auto-changed depending on league activity. stupid.

Re: TGL Online Association
I'm not doing online association till the shit is fixed (but it never will be).
Trust me, it was sooooooo bad when I did it a few months ago. Every 4 hours our time was 24 hours in the 2k association time, even though we had it set differently. Broken online association is broken

Re: TGL Online Association
From what I read on other forums, the FIRST advance allows twice as much time as the days after. I assume this is to allow you to try and get ahead of your games, any game within 20 days of the day the game is on can be played.
I found this on Operation sports I am trying to figure out this logic as well. To me, so far, I think it works like this: Any input would be appreciated. Slow: 24-hour preseason (No games can be played, players can join). 24-hour day 1 (Nov 1st) (two weeks are open-14 days on the calendar) You can play as many games as you have available in any order. 12-hour day 2 (Nov 2nd) All games on Nov 1st will get simmed, Nov 15th will open if you have a game that day.. 12-hour day 3 (Nov 3rd) all games on Nov 2nd will get simmed and Nov 16th will open. Normal: 16-hour preseason 16-hour day 1 8 hour advances after day 1. (This schedule is still lightening fast I think). Fast 12-hour preseason 12-hour day 1 6-hour advances My gut is they give you the double time on day 1 to start getting ahead. I can't remember if it was one or two days at that long period, but I think just one. I just started two leagues at seperate speeds just to see how it works.
