Re: NCAA B-ball thread
If I was [Only registered users can see links. ], I'd fire him immediately. Because he obviously does zero research & knows nothing about what he's writing about. In assessing Carolina's NCAA chances, he says Dexter Strickland's season ending injury will now make the Heels outside shooting suspect.
WHAT???!?!?!!?! Strickland, starting "shooting" guard took a grand total of 1 3pter all season. 2 players from the bench took more shots from the field than Dexter. Another sub almost took as many from the field as Dexter & Strick averaged almost twice as many mpg as he did. 2 walk-on's took more 3pt shots than Dex. In what basketball universe does Dexter Strickland's absence hurt the Tar Heels' outside shooting????? |

Re: NCAA B-ball thread
Unbelievable.
Other than the hot start by Duke, UNC completely controlled that entire game, and Duke was just strugglingto keep it from getting blown out. Bilas said it perfectly at the end. "What a theft". |

Re: NCAA B-ball thread
Austin has got some Kobe in him. UNC missed too many FT's down the stretch. Refs gave dook ft's every time they came down the court. Plus the non walk call on Curry's 3.
Like I told you guys, this game rarely disappoints unless you pull for the loser. That's why its the best rivalry in team sports. |
