^^ Lets be honest... If the falcons had Manning, it would be the first time Manning had a good running game since Edge was in his prime. Plus I see Roddy and Julio both with 100+ Receptions, manning with 40-45 TD's.

Man If I were a Falcons fan I'd take 1-2 years with Peyton over 10 with Ryan. Atlanta will NEVER win a super bowl with Matt at QB, and with Peyton they'd definitely be the team to beat.

if manning was in mike mularkeys system julio and roddy most def would not have 100+ catches.

Turner would at least get 300 rushes just cuz thats the way MM does things. Your only going to get so many passing attempts and thats not even factoring in Quiz and Snellings rushing attempts.

Even if not in a mularkey system theres still Tony G.... Tony was a top 4-5 TE this yr. He had 80 catches. And he would be mannings go to guy. Julio would not get over 100 catches

If you say it would be paytons system then the comment about him having a run game is irrelevant!

Turner NEEDS carries. He is the type of back that gets a lot of 3 yard gains. He isnt going to hit home runs. He needs the carries to justify his worth to the team.

So by payton slinging the rock 600 times he negates his own run game.

The only reason it didn't work in the system in indy, is that we avged like 3.3 yards per carry. Would you throw the ball much if your run game was that bad??
