That is a myth. Though the sperm would die quickly(in a few hours). Also, it was on another forum and the sun is popular in the uk.

Sperm would die in seconds in a pool though to many chemicals.

My bad, you are right about the chlorine, looked it up. But if there was no chemicals in the pool and it was heated although I doubt ESPECIALLY a hotel pool would not have any.

No it's the mom who decided to sue, so my guess is either a) the mom doesn't believe her daughter is already a slut or b) the daughter lied and for some reason the mom believes her. So pretty much the mom is in denial.
