I have to concentrate on 1 guide instead of Run Heavy. Which guide is more potent at this stage of the game (Post patches) Atl or Cincy Explosion?

ATL is the most recent ebook out of the two.

The ATL ebook should be receiving an update very soon.

Both are great books

You can't go wrong with either.
